We have many luxuries in life, and one of them is traveling through time. One of the reasons why we love our work so much is because it allows one's soul and mind to time travel. Here we take a trip back to the early twentieth century when James Joyce's masterpiece Ulysses was published; a modern parallel to Homer’s Odyssey. Odysseus’s journey home and encounter with the god of the sea Poseidon parallel with this Cognac's journey to be in your glass today. Here, we present you with a marriage of two extremely old Fins Bois cognacs.

We continue with our obsession to search for balance. Harmony is our muse. The fair of opposites – elegant and austere, fresh and mature, sweet and melancholy (we say melancholy only because the supply is so very limitedly finite). The gradual evolution in the glass will give us a rainbow of berries with a hint of mint, caramelized pear, roasted strawberries, raisins, advanced vanilla tones, and gradually many other fragrances follow one another with long aromatic persistence. Oily violets with leather & earth envelop the pallet with remarkable finesse with a long elegant persistend finish. Another unparalleled champion of rare quality was born. This Cognac is finally home after a long eventful journey.
