Cognac, with all its glory and remarkably complex flavors, is elusive and mysterious to many. As a wine distillation offspring, it shares some vinous qualities that most wine drinkers will find nostalgia. But the cognac journey only beings here. With carefully selected French oak barrels to marry over a prolonged time, a well-aged cognac transforms into a complex tableau of wondrous and amusing flavors.

Let’s enjoy this cognac with senses wide-open and an open mind. The very high quality of aging gives us an elegant aroma of candied fruit with hints of spice and citrus from a draw of the nose. The sweet taste of candied blackcurrants mischievously intertwined with flavors of eucalyptus livens up the elixir; like a foraging rabbit peering out from burrows looking for sweet ripe grapes to indulge upon in the early morn. Refreshing notes of mint, vanilla, and leather in the background complete it and make it complex enough to let us fly with amazement and wonder!
