We are faced with a single barrel. Princely Distillery, level and quality of very rare esters to be found and pampered with an aging of only thirty-one years. So, long live the "Queen" ... Yes, we are madly devoted to Her Majesty Jamaica who always gives us great spirits and strikes us making us escape into a whirlwind of dreams with the desire to chase them ... a rum that seems to us, or rather it is perfect!

The glass is a bank that hardly maintains the depth and strength of the aromas that explode as soon as this rum is poured. Golden, severe, unusual, powerful, singular, ethereal and collected.

Sensations that, originating from a savory and intense minerality, explore all

descriptive categories. Evolved hints of tropical fruit and banana and mango pan cake lead the way for more mineral scents such as pineapple, mint, spices and star anise.

In the mouth it explodes like the strength of the ocean waves at first minerality and spicy tones stimulate our tongue to seek greater appetites

The alcohol? A glue, a perfect background for an author's canvas ....
